1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Inloom ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inloom Innovative Creations governing your access to and use of our e-commerce marketplace Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
1.1 Definitions
- "User": means any person accessing or using the Platform.
- "Seller": means a user registered to list and sell products.
- "Buyer": means a user who purchases products.
- "Product": means handmade arts, crafts, jewelry, and other items listed on the Platform.

- "Content": means text, images, videos, and other materials on the Platform.
2. Platform Description
Inloom operates as an online marketplace connecting sellers of handmade arts and crafts with buyers. We provide the Platform as an intermediary and do not own, manufacture, or sell the products listed.

- Online marketplace infrastructure
- Payment facilitation services
- Listing and discovery tools
- Communication channels between users
- Dispute resolution support
- Customer service
2.2 Platform Role
Important: We are a marketplace platform, NOT the seller or buyer in transactions. Commercial terms (price, delivery, warranties) are between sellers and buyers directly. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the contract of sale.
3. Eligibility
3.1 General Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform.
3.2 Seller Requirements
- Must have legal capacity to sell products.
- Must possess all necessary licenses, permits, and registrations.
- GST-registered sellers must provide valid GSTIN.
- Non-GST sellers must provide valid GST Enrollment ID or PAN.
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Must be the legitimate owner or authorized seller of listed products.
3.3 Geographic Restrictions
The Platform is available for users in India. International users may access the Platform subject to compliance with local laws.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to access seller and buyer features. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain it promptly. You must keep your password secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4.2 Account Types
Buyer Account:
- Email verification required
- Phone number verification required
- Delivery address information
Seller Account:
- All buyer account requirements
- Business information and documentation
- Tax identification (GST/PAN)
- Bank account details for payments
- Identity verification documents
- Business address verification
4.3 Account Security
- Do not share your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- We are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials
- You may not transfer or sell your account
4.4 Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms or Platform policies
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Receive excessive complaints
- Provide false or misleading information
- Fail to comply with legal requirements
- Remain inactive for extended periods
5. Seller Terms and Obligations
5.1 Listing Products
Sellers must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and honest product descriptions
- Upload clear, high-quality images
- Set fair and competitive pricing
- Specify accurate product attributes (size, weight, materials, colors)
- Disclose any defects or limitations
- Ensure products comply with applicable laws
Prohibited Misrepresentations:
- False or misleading descriptions
- Fake or doctored images
- Exaggerated claims
- Bait-and-switch tactics
- Counterfeit or replica items
5.2 Product Categories and Standards
Sellers may list products in categories such as:
- Mandala art
- Mirror art
- Fluid art
- Handmade jewelry
- Handcrafted home décor
- Pottery
- Textile crafts
- Other handmade arts
Quality Standards:
- Products must be handmade or handcrafted
- Mass-produced factory items are not permitted
- Products must meet safety and quality standards
- Artisan/creator information should be accurate
5.3 Prohibited Products
Sellers may NOT list:
- Illegal, dangerous, or hazardous materials
- Counterfeit or infringing products
- Stolen or illegally obtained items
- Weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances
- Tobacco, alcohol, or drugs
- Items violating intellectual property rights
- Adult or obscene materials
- Products banned under Indian law
- Wildlife products
5.4 Pricing and Fees
- Sellers set their own product prices
- Prices must include all applicable taxes
- Payment processing fees may apply
- Refund processing charges may apply
5.5 Order Fulfillment
Sellers must:
- Dispatch products within specified business days of order confirmation
- Pack products securely to prevent damage
- Provide accurate tracking information
- Use reliable shipping methods
- Update order status promptly
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours
5.6 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through our authorized payment gateway
- Sellers receive payments after order completion and quality verification
- Payment settlement occurs within specified days after delivery confirmation
- The Platform withholds payments for disputed orders pending resolution
- TDS is applicable as per the Income Tax Act
5.7 Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Sellers must:
- Accept returns for defective/damaged products
- Accept returns if the product doesn't match the description
- Process refunds within 7 days of return receipt
- Cover return shipping for defective items
Return window: 7 days from delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized products (unless defective)
- Items damaged by buyer misuse
- Products specified as non-returnable
5.8 Seller Conduct
Sellers must:
- Maintain professional communication
- Honor platform policies
- Respond to inquiries promptly
- Not solicit buyers to transact outside the Platform
- Not manipulate reviews
- Not engage in price manipulation
5.9 Seller Warranties and Liability
Sellers warrant:
- They have the legal right to sell listed products
- Products do not infringe IP rights
- Product descriptions are accurate
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- Product quality and safety
- Listing accuracy
- Order fulfillment
- Tax compliance
- Product liability claims
6. Buyer Terms and Obligations
6.1 Purchasing Products
Buyers must:
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Pay for orders using authorized payment methods
- Accept delivery in reasonable condition
- Inspect products upon delivery
- Report issues within the specified timeframe
6.2 Payment
- Payment is due at the time of order placement
- Payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit cards
- Net banking
- UPI
- Digital wallets
- Cash on Delivery (if available)
- All prices are in INR
- The Platform does not store complete card information
6.3 Order Cancellation
Buyer Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment without charge
- Cancellation after shipment is subject to the return policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Seller Cancellation:
- Sellers may cancel due to stock unavailability or valid reasons
- Full refund provided for seller cancellations
6.4 Delivery and Inspection
- Inspect products upon delivery
- Report damage or defects within 48 hours
- Coordinate with seller for returns
- Provide access for delivery attempts
6.5 Returns and Refunds
- Return requests must be initiated through the Platform within the return window
- Provide supporting evidence (photos, description)
- Products must be shipped back in original condition
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refund timeline: 7-10 business days after seller verification
6.6 Buyer Conduct
Buyers must:
- Provide honest reviews
- Not abuse return policies
- Not engage in fraudulent activities
- Not keep products and claim non-delivery
- Not file false claims
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All Platform content (Logo, design, software, documentation) is owned by Inloom Innovative Creations and protected by IP laws.
7.2 User Content
- Sellers retain ownership of their product designs, photos, and descriptions
- By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for providing Platform services
7.3 Copyright Infringement
If you believe content infringes your rights, report it to support@inloom.in with:
- Description of the copyrighted work
- Location of infringing content on the Platform
- Your contact information
- Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
- Statement that the information is accurate
We will investigate and remove infringing content. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
7.4 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content
- Reverse engineer Platform software
- Remove copyright notices
- Use Platform content for commercial purposes without permission
8. Reviews and Ratings
8.1 Authenticity and Standards
- Reviews must be based on genuine purchase experiences
- Reviews cannot be fake, fraudulent, or incentivized by sellers
- Reviews should be honest and constructive
- No offensive language or personal information
- No promotional content or spam
8.2 Platform Rights
- We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate guidelines
- We may moderate reviews for quality
- We do not endorse review content
9. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Legal Violations:
- Violating laws or regulations
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Fraud or money laundering
Platform Misuse:
- Hacking or unauthorized access
- Data scraping or automated tools
- Distributing malware or viruses
- Circumventing security measures
Unfair Practices:
- Price manipulation or collusion
- Fake listings or misrepresentation
- Bid shilling or shill bidding
- Review manipulation
Content Violations:
- Posting offensive or abusive content
- Spam or unsolicited messages
- Impersonating others
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Seller-Buyer Disputes
- Users should attempt direct resolution through Platform messaging
- If unresolved within 3 days, escalate to Platform support
- The Platform mediates and provides a resolution
- Platform decision is final unless escalated to legal authorities
10.2 Platform Mediation
We provide mediation for:
- Non-delivery or late delivery
- Product quality issues
- Return and refund disputes
- Misrepresentation or fraud
Resolution timeline: Typically 7-14 business days
10.3 Legal Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India
10.4 Arbitration
Disputes may be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in India.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Platform Role
WE ARE A MARKETPLACE INTERMEDIARY.
- We do not manufacture, sell, or warranty products
- We do not control seller actions
- We do not guarantee transaction completion
- Product quality is the seller's responsibility
11.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind:
- No warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose
- No warranty of accuracy or completeness
- No warranty of uninterrupted service
- No warranty of data security
11.3 Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Product defects or seller misconduct
- Third-party actions
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.
11.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Inloom Innovative Creations from claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Platform
- Your products (for sellers)
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
12. Third-Party Services
- Payment Gateways: We use third-party payment processors; their terms apply
- Shipping Partners: Logistics are provided by third-party carriers; we are not liable for transit delays or damage unless due to seller packaging
- External Links: We are not responsible for the content or practices of linked third-party websites
13. Termination
By You:
- You may close your account by contacting support
- Outstanding orders must be completed
By Us:
We may terminate immediately for:
- Policy violations
- Fraud or illegal activity
- Inactivity (prolonged)
- Legal requirements
Effect of Termination:
- Access ceases immediately
- Sellers must fulfill pending orders
- Refunds will be processed as applicable
- Certain provisions survive termination
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.

- You have rights to access, correct, and delete your data

- Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign them restriction-free
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, strikes, war, etc.)
- Language: These Terms are in English; the English version prevails in case of translations
